Shipping
By processing your payment and completing an order you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase. All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 9:00 AM (PST) on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or on a weekend will be sent Monday morning.
Custom Orders + Shipping
If you have ordered a custom art print, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed as we have to send your order to print. For custom-made clothing, please allow 2-4 weeks for the item to be carefully handcrafted before it is shipped. We will send you an update once your item is ready for shipping.
Canadian Orders - Express Postage

- $10 Flat rate for orders under $50

2-5 Business days for Regional via Canada Post

International Custom Fees:
All custom fees, taxes, and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of applicable taxes and custom fees that are relevant to you. Kim is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.
Kim does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and custom duties, please send us an email to info@kimlegler.com
Additional Information:
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong deliver address is provided, Kim cannot offer reimbursement for this package, however we will do our best to contact the postal service to try and locate the package.
